22 Feb 2025: Viper King of the Mountain 2025 @Genting Highlands

See participants go through obstacles over a 7km + 12 obstacles at Grand Resorts World Awana Hotel, Genting Highlands. Starting time is 7am.

22-23 Feb 2025 : Borneo Ultra Trail Marathon

This outdoor marathon will go through the Kiulu Valley, Sabah with categories of 9km, 30km, 50km and 100km race to choose from. As this is a strenuous race, only those who are healthy are allowed to join.

April 2025 : Squid Jigging Terengganu

This day commemorates Malaysia's 68th year of independence or 'Merdeka' in Malay Language. See the open air concert on the eve of Merdeka day on 30 August. The colourful parade will be held on the morning of the Merdeka Day. The Merdeka day celebration is held in every major city in Malaysia.

If you are into bird watching, this festival is a must as over 600 species of bird have been recorded in Borneo. There will be a Bird Race competition where a team of three must identify and record as many bird species as possible within 24 hours.
